There will be a short shuttle ride to your chosen access point, and you’ll paddle back downstream to the Free Spirit Tours base.

Cost Includes: Boat, paddle, life jacket, safety kit, brief instruction
Experience: Beginners to Experienced – Both rivers are great for beginner paddlers.
You will be shown some paddle strokes to help you maneuver your boat and paddle correctly.
What to bring: Water to drink (in a day pack so it’s easy to carry), a water resistant camera and sunscreen
What to wear: Sun hat, bathing suit, clothes you don’t mind getting wet, water shoes or sandals
