Rock Dunder is a treasure that lies within the UNESCO Thousand Islands Frontenac Arch Biosphere Reserve.
Rising 275 feet above Morton Bay, Rock Dunder provides breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes and woodlands.
Trails lead to one of the highest points of land in the area, and offer stunning vistas that are enjoyed seasonally by local residents and visitors to the area.
For many, childhood memories of hiking trips to Rock Dunder remain fresh in their minds.
After hiking Rock Dunder. we will be visiting the spectacular Charleston Lake provincial park where we will be hiking a 2km trail to reach a secluded beach where we will have enough time to chill by the water and swim!

QUICK DETAILS
7:45am – Departure from Christie Station. Note: if your tour is on a Sunday, the subway does not start running until 8 am, shuttle busses run down Yonge Street and Bloor Street, increasing your travel time slightly.
11:00am – Arrival and registration at the Rock Dunder Park
11:15am – Begin our hike at Rock Dunder! Followed by time to eat our lunch at the lookout
2:30 pm – Start hike at Charleston Lake
2:45 pm – Leisure time at the Charleston Lake beach
4:45 pm – Depart for Toronto
6:30 pm – Dinner together (not included on the price)
8:45 pm – Expected arrival time to Toronto, Christie Subway Station
